Mr. Shawn Clemmer is currently the Senior Systems Engineer for Coperion K-Tron. He has 15 years of experience in designing and troubleshooting material handling systems. Mr. Clemmer holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Kansas State University.
Mr. Cory Downing is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Vortex Valves. He has 19 years of diverse business experience in corporate, design, plant and manufacturing roles. Mr. Downing received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and M.S. in Engineering/Industrial Management, both from Kansas State University.
Dr. Johnselvakumar Lawrence
Dr. Johnselvakumar Lawrence currently holds the position of Research Director with the Bulk Solids Innovation Center. He formerly served as the lead researcher and director at IntelliFarms. He holds a M.S. in Agricultural Processing from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from Purdue University.
Dr. Gary Liu
Dr. Gary Liu is a consultant in DuPont Engineering – Particle Technology Group. He joined DuPont in 2003 after completing a PhD in gas-solids processing at the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Earlier, he completed a PhD in Engineering Mechanics from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He has been granted 4 US patents and has over 30 publications.
Mr. Jason Krbec serves as Engineering Manager at CV Technology in Jupiter, Florida. CV Technology specializes in complete explosion and fire protection solutions for the prevention and mitigation of explosions and fire hazards that result from the manufacturing and handling of dry bulk materials. Mr. Krbec holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
Mr. Pat Mahoney currently holds the position of Global Systems Manager at Coperion K-Tron. He has a combined 24 years of experience in systems engineering and sales. He possesses a B.S. in Milling Science and Management from Kansas State University.
Mr. Michael May is Director of Dense Phase Technology at Coperion K-Tron. He has 20 years of pneumatic conveying and dust collection experience in the mineral, chemical, mining, cement, food, and rubber industries doing everything from selling, sizing, managing, start-ups, and servicing. Which has given him a great deal of experience and knowledge with a very large number of materials and processes.
Mr. Steve Reed, Director of Engineering at Kasa Industrial Controls, has been with Kasa for more than 20 years. Steve is responsible for hiring and training engineers, as well as being instrumental in Kasa's involvement in grain handling. Mr. Reed obtained his B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Kansas State University.
